Welcome InControl / Insyt New Media Customers

As you may already know in October Insyt New Media and Aptuitiv joined forces to provide our customers better service, more innovation and expanded capabilities. I would like to personally welcome Insyt New Media's customers to the Aptuitiv family. We are committed to providing excellent service to our customers and we're working very closely with Insyt New Media to ensure a smooth transition of your website.

What's changing

Below is an outline of how we will fit into your website service and the changes that will be coming.

Website Hosting – Aptuitiv is now the hosting provider for your website. Our hosting platform is very robust and is built upon the excellent managed hosting infrastructure that Rackspace provides.

Technical Support – You can now contact us directly for hosting, email or support with InControl or Aptuitiv Studio

InControl – If you're currently using InControl to manage your website then over the next few months we will be working with you to transfer your website into our website management system, Aptuitiv Studio 3. We’ve merged the best features of inControl into our already feature-rich Aptuitiv System so get ready for the next generation of web management software. There is no cost to you as we make that transfer!

Billing – Monthly invoices for website hosting and InControl/Aptuitiv Studio will now be coming from us.
